Notice of Annual Meeting, Expenditure Review, Budget Presentation and Elections
The Mill Creek Rifle Club Annual Membership Meeting will be held at 7:30 p.m., March 3, 2026, in the Mill Creek Clubhouse.
All members are invited to conduct the following business:
- Review a presentation of 2025 club expenditures by Treasurer Brad Thomas.
- Vote on the 2026 annual club budget as recommended by vote of the Board of Directors. A review of the expenditures and recommended budget can be read at this link: 2025 Financial Performance and Proposed 2026 Budget.
- Hold elections for the three club officers elected for two-year terms. Those positions will include:
- President
- Vice President
- Treasurer
