2024 Membership Renewal Forms Now Available

Time for your annual renewal reminder

Attention, current Mill Creek Rifle Club members: The updated 2024 membership renewal form is now available to begin your renewal process. Click here to go to the membership renewal page.

You are welcome to renew your membership at any time between now and May 31, 2024. However, we ask that you remember a few points:

1. Remember, all current members must apply for annual renewals by May 31, 2024. Mill Creek Rifle Club does not mail out any renewal notices, renewal invoices, or renewal bills. Please do not wait to get a bill for your renewal, because it will not come.
2. You may renew your membership by using the provided form at any time. It is available on the website, under the "Membership Renewal" tab on the Main Menu. The form is easy to download and print using Adobe Acrobat reader. The form is also a fillable form, which means it may be completed on your computer and signed digitally. However, be aware that the form does not perform when filled out inside a web browser, particularly Safari browsers. To ensure full function, download and save a copy locally, and then use a dedicated PDF reader such as Adobe Acrobat Reader to complete the form.
3. To avoid delaying your membership renewal processing, be sure to follow all instructions, including:
   • Read the updated range rules and sign the form indicating you agree to abide by all of them. Please print your full name clearly.
   • Include a copy of recent proof of National Rifle Association Membership. NOTE: NRA life members who have provided proof of life membership in the past need not resubmit that proof. The club secretary has it on file.
   • Make your dues check payable to Mill Creek Rifle Club.
   • Return the completed applicatios.
4. If you have changed mailing address, telephone number, or email address since your last renewal, please take a minute to include your new information, so our secretary can be sure we can reach you.
5. IMPORTANT: Do not use a prior year's renewal form. You must use the current year's form, or your renewal application will be rejected.
